By purchasing and/or accessing The Independent Artist’s Mindset – Write. Produce. Repeat. (“the course”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms exist to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth learning experience for all students.

2. Non-Refundable Purchase

Because this course provides immediate access to digital video content, PDF files, and downloadable materials, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Please review the course description and make sure it feels like the right fit for you before enrolling.

3. Personal Use Only

All course materials – including videos, audio files, slides, workbook PDFs, assignments, and any additional resources – are for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

• Share your login details or allow others to access the course through your account
• Forward files to others or upload them to file-sharing platforms
• Redistribute, resell, or publish any of the course content
• Use the material in your own courses, coaching, or teaching without explicit written permission

Any such actions are a breach of copyright and of these Terms & Conditions.

4. No Guarantees of Results

For this reason, no specific outcomes, transformations, or creative/financial results are guaranteed.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content is the intellectual property of T.L. Mazumdar / Holistic Musician Academy, unless otherwise stated.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the material for your own learning while the course remains available on the hosting platform. It does not grant ownership of the content or any rights to duplicate, adapt, or distribute it.

7. Access & Availability

The course is hosted on an online learning platform (currently New Zenler). Every effort is made to ensure ongoing access, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed due to:

• Technical issues or maintenance
• Platform downtime
• Necessary updates or changes to the program

If the course is ever to be retired, moved, or substantially changed, reasonable notice will be given where possible.

8. Optional Community Add-On (If Applicable)

If you choose to join any optional community, membership, or group coaching associated with this course, additional guidelines may apply for those spaces.

Access to any community spaces is a privilege and may be revoked if behaviour is inappropriate, disrespectful, or harmful to others.

9. Behaviour & Respect

Any form of harassment, abusive language, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour within course-related spaces is not tolerated.

Students are expected to treat each other, and the instructor, with respect.

10. Modification of Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated occasionally to reflect changes in the course, platform, or legal requirements. Updated terms will apply to all current and future students.
