1. Purpose
The coaching relationship is a confidential and supportive space for personal reflection, creative growth, and self-development. The Coach facilitates awareness and empowerment. Coaching is not therapy, medical, or psychological treatment, and does not diagnose or prescribe.
2. Session Structure
- Two 60-minute sessions per month, typically every two weeks, held online (e.g., Zoom) unless otherwise agreed.
- Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Sessions missed without prior notice are counted as completed.
- The Coach may occasionally offer brief check-ins or resources between sessions at their discretion.
3. Payment Terms
- €75 monthly fee is due at the start of each billing cycle and secures that month’s two sessions.
- Late payment may result in sessions being paused until payment is received.
- No charges apply beyond agreed fees, unless additional services are mutually approved in writing.
4. Refunds
- Once a billing period has started and sessions have begun, refunds are generally not available because time slots are reserved exclusively for the Client.
- In unforeseen circumstances (for example illness, relocation, or major life changes) that prevent continuation, the Coach may offer a partial refund or a credit/transfer of unused sessions at their reasonable discretion.
- If the Coach cancels the program for personal or professional reasons, any unused sessions will be refunded in full.
5. Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching is kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (for example imminent risk of harm). The Coach may keep brief private notes for professional reference.
6. Boundaries and Responsibilities
- Coaching is a professional, collaborative relationship distinct from therapy, medical advice, or friendship.
- The Client remains fully responsible for their decisions, actions, and results.
- The Coach may suggest practices or reflections but will not impose them.
7. Recording and Media Use
- Sessions may be recorded for the Client’s review and for the Coach’s professional development.
- No recording or excerpt will be shared publicly without the Client’s explicit written consent.
- If the Client consents to a testimonial, they will review and approve the exact text or clip before any publication.
8. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Termination
- Either party may pause or end coaching at any time with at least one week’s written notice before the next billing date.
- Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice are considered used.
- Outstanding sessions within a paid month should be completed during that month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Liability
The Client understands that outcomes depend on their engagement and participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Coach is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from coaching sessions or materials.
10. Data and Privacy (EU-friendly)
Basic contact information and session notes are stored securely and used solely to deliver coaching services, manage appointments, and process payments. The Client may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data, subject to legal and record-keeping obligations.
11. Agreement
By enrolling in and continuing with the program, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms. A signed PDF agreement may also be provided for clarity of rights and responsibilities.
