Holistic Coaching for Soulful Creatives
About This Coaching Program
A special project as part of my studies with my business mentor, George Kao.
This scholarship Initiative, through which I am offering a limited number of subsidized coaching spots to handpicked individuals I hold in high regard.
The intention is simple: to support people whose sincerity, curiosity, and openness stand out, and to do so from a place of service rather than sales.
Participants receive three months of biweekly 1 to 1 coaching sessions, each lasting 60 minutes, focused on personal and creative growth, emotional clarity, and building sustainable momentum in both life and work.
The process combines mindset coaching, emotional awareness, and creative strategy. It is designed to help you experience what it truly means to be seen, heard, and held, while learning to meet life with a freer mind, greater self trust, and a steady inner state.
Each scholarship recipient is invited to approach this as a professional and collaborative journey. It is a space for reflection, recalibration, and growth, offered with genuine respect for your unique path.
Possible focus areas include:
1. Soulpreneurship.
2. Authentic PR and Marketing.
3. Self care (including personal training and nutrition).
4. Authentic self development and leadership.
5. Authentic content creation.
If none of the listed topics resonate directly, you can also count on this space as one where you can simply be, and share any aspects that feel pertinent to your creative journey. As creatives, it has become increasingly relevant to create reliable, qualified spaces where we can be seen, held and heard.

Musician/Educator, Founder: Holistic Musician Academy
Indian-German Musician and Holistic Coach T.L. Mazumdar grew up on 3 continents and 4 countries.
Mentored by iconic artists and thought leaders like Kenny Werner, Peter Crone, Kai Eckhardt, Dr John Matthias, and the late Gary Barone, his artistic journey has aptly been described by Rolling Stone magazine as one that ‘...personifies multiculturalism’.
Qualifications:
▷ Masters Degree in Music - London College of Music. Specialization: Research & Peformance in Critical Thinking & Songwriting.
▷ Bachelor of Arts - Pop Akademie, BW, Mannheim, Germany. Specialization: Songwriting/Music-Production, Music Business & Artist Management.
▷ Higher Diploma - (JRSF Freiburg in partnership with Berklee) Specialization: Jazz Piano and ensemble Performance, Arrangement, and Orchestration.
▷ Additional qualifications: CTAA-certified Diploma in Psychotherapy. CPD-certified Fitness Trainer.
